Dr. Akshay Kolluri is a board-certified pediatric dentist who is passionate about helping children build healthy, confident smiles in a warm and supportive environment. He believes that positive early dental experiences set the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health—and he takes pride in making each visit gentle, educational, and fun.
Dr. Kolluri completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience treating medically complex patients in a hospital setting. He then pursued specialized training in pediatric dentistry at NYU Langone Health, where he focused on comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kolluri enjoys playing tennis, spending quality time with his family. He brings energy and enthusiasm into the practice every day, creating a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
